This week I have been playing with my fantastic Brother Innovis V5 machine – “sewing in the hoop”.  I have developed some designs for personlised pin cushions, a must for all who sew! Message me if you would like one made to order, various motifs available and foreign alphabet scripts.  Price £7 plus P&P.

Looking for a quick,  fun project?  Then have a go at crochet flower brooches.  These are easy to make and brighten up any garment. Come along to Henry’s cafe on a Thursday to learn how to make these – a great project for beginners.

Ladies had great fun getting creative with felt and wool tops on Monday 6th June.  A couple of broken needles as they stabbed away, but happily no fingers were hurt..
